Recruitment process flow
ATHENA Nursing Care offers German employers the opportunity to get to know trained and qualified nurses from the Philippines well before entering into an employment relationship with them. For this purpose, a special process has been developed that meets the interests and needs of all parties involved and helps employers to make a professional decision as quickly as possible and thus find a new nursing staff.
We accompany all processes starting with the application up to the entry and arrival in Germany.
What are your personnel requirements?
Together with you, we create a requirements profile. We review submitted applications, make an intensive assessment of submitted resumes, and conduct in-depth interviews. We determine the number of employees as well as specializations of your desired candidates.
Procedure and recruiting
Now we introduce you to suitable applicants via our platform and arrange initial interviews. The registration process then begins. For this, all training-related and work experience certificates are submitted and checked in the original. Furthermore, other personal documents must be submitted such as passport, marriage documents, certificate of good conduct, etc. Immediately thereafter, the schedule is set.
Support and preparation
We intensively support the candidates in their preparation for interviews with future employers by conducting interview trainings. During the recognition process we are actively involved in the organization and coordination process.
Thus, signing of contracts as well as powers of attorney are coordinated. Subsequently, all necessary documents are sent to Germany.
Coordination and contracting
We take care of the application for the work permit at the ZAV. We coordinate the visa procedure by checking and submitting all required documents. After receiving the offer, we discuss the further process. The contract is placed.
Our nurses are linguistically trained by professional DAF specialists up to level B2 at “Intermed Language Institute Inc“. Upon completion of the language course, all nurses take the Telc B2-Pflege exam, which is recognized by all German authorities.
We plan and organize all necessary steps for departure (flight booking, necessary documents, etc.) and prepare the arrival in Germany in cooperation with the employers. After arrival in Germany, 2 weeks of acclimatization take place, followed by the start of work.
